Currin Outdoor Living Landscape Field Manager (Wendell, NC) in Wendell, North Carolina

Currin Outdoor Living is seeking a passionate Landscape Field Manager to join our team. You'll help craft top-tier dream outdoor living spaces across the Triangle area, collaborating closely with designers and operational experts, whether the client has a small urban space or a large 5-acre plot.

    Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Pay: $55,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience

    Responsibilities:

  • Lead and work with planting crew of 2-4 team members

  • Complete daily task logs and hour tracking

  • Read designs, work orders, and blueprints for each project

  • Confirm and order materials for each assigned project

  • Operate equipment not limited to mini excavators, skid steers, mini track loader, chainsaw, etc.

  • Drive light duty dump truck and adhere to proper trailering methods

  • Check and maintain equipment and trucks

  • Organize shop and trucks to keep an orderly work environment

  • Communicate and coordinate with production manager for assigned project tasks

    Required Experience:

  • 2-3 years planting/drainage installation

  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

  • Eligibility to work in the United States

  • Ability to work in-person in North Carolina

  • Ability to operate basic landscape equipment

  • Ability to drive a light duty dump truck and have trailering experience

    Ideal Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years installation experience in Landscape Construction working with plants, mulch, sod, irrigation, drainage, etc.

  • Degree in Landscape or Construction Field

  • Bilingual: Ability to speak Spanish and English
