Job Title: Project Engineer (Direct Placement)

About Us:

Aerotek is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer for a direct placement opportunity with a leading commercial construction company in Wenatchee, WA. Our client excels in delivering high-quality construction projects, including design-build solutions and renovations, and is renowned for excellence and innovation in the industry.

Position Summary:

As a Project Engineer, you will support our project management team in executing commercial construction projects. Your role involves coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers with planning and coordinating construction projects.

• Review project specifications and ensure compliance with client requirements.

• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to manage schedules and deliverables.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

• Conduct site visits to monitor quality and safety compliance.

• Support budgeting and cost control efforts throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination or engineering (internships considered).

• Knowledge of construction processes and materials.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
