::: {dir="auto"} Griggs Accounting & Payroll Services is expanding and seeking 1 motivated experienced Full-Time Bookkeeping representative to join our firm. Our firm provides outsourced accounting services, values our clients as well as empowers business growth. We encourage work-life balance for our clients and employees. :::

::: {dir="auto"} $22.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience. :::

::: {dir="auto"} BENEFITS: :::

::: {dir="auto"} Vacation to begin accruing after completion of 12 months of employment. Holiday Pay for all major holidays. Mandatory WA Paid Sick Leave - 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. :::

::: {dir="auto"} 36-40 hours a week during our office hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday with the potential for flexibility as needed. :::

::: {dir="auto"} *Good understanding of Accounting Principles required :::

::: {dir="auto"} *2-3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience required :::

::: {dir="auto"} *10 key proficient :::

::: {dir="auto"} *Must maintain confidentiality at all times :::

::: {dir="auto"} *General understanding of Payroll Laws :::

::: {dir="auto"} *General understanding of Department of Revenue Laws :::

::: {dir="auto"} *Experience with Excel :::

::: {dir="auto"} *Experience with Word :::

::: {dir="auto"} *Experience with Microsoft Office :::

::: {dir="auto"} *Experience with QB Desktop & QBO :::

::: {dir="auto"} *Must be professional :::

::: {dir="auto"} *Must be able to meet attendance requirements :::

::: {dir="auto"} *Prepare clean Trial Balance for end of year Tax Preparation. :::

::: {dir="auto"} *Assist with on-boarding of new clients :::

::: {dir="auto"} *Assist Principal Owner with projects :::

::: {dir="auto"} *Keeping digital record's organized and up to date :::
