Northern Lights Candles Product Specialist in Wellsville, New York
Product Specialist will assist in the development, operational and administrative functions relating to the 3D product development process. Collects and organizes project information from internal departments and external vendors. Assists in the on-site sample requests and maintains sample inventories. Reports to the 3D Coordinator.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:PROJECT MANAGEMENTCommunicate and update project details using project management softwareOutline and communicate new sample requests to vendorsReport and communicate sample quality standards and processes to vendorsCommunicate vendor updates within internal departments as neededFollow project calendars and communicate status updates to ensure deadlines are being metCollect and document 3D assigned sections of BOM (Bill of Materials)Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree preferredExperience using email, Google drive sheets, Microsoft Office, project management software and virtual communication platformsExcellent verbal and written communication skills especially with people of different cultures, religions and levels of English speakingResearch skills via internet and phone callsMust be creative, detail oriented, and highly organized with a problem solver mindsetMust be flexible to switch tasks quickly or rush tasks if neededMust be a tenacious question asker who does not wait for informationProfessional, career oriented and self-motivatedAbility to work independently and as a group within rigid time constraintsAttend company functions and events as needed and occasional weekends & travel opportunitiesMust have a reliable mode of transportationMust be able to lift 35lbs
Minimum Salary: 18.20 Maximum Salary: 21.54 Salary Unit: Hourly
