Who are you?

You are a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in wealth management, investment strategies, and financial planning. If so, we are seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to join our growing Wealth Management Team! As a Senior Wealth Advisor, your responsibilities include leading client relationships, and offering expert financial planning and investment management services. The role involves creating and implementing tailored wealth strategies, managing complex portfolios, and delivering exceptional client service. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing existing client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communications.

  • Implementing financial plans, including coordination of estate, insurance and tax strategies.

  • Working with the portfolio management team to incorporate clients’ investment strategies with their planning objectives.

  • Actively participating in development of new business and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

Education & Experience – You will need a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (M.B.A. or M.A. preferred) AND 8-10 years of relevant experience relating to Wealth Management clients.

Required Certifications:

FINRA Series 7, 63 (at start), 65 and PA Insurance (within 6 months)

Recommended Certifications:

CFP, CTFA, CIMA, ChFC

Skills – You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in public speaking and engaging on social media platforms.

  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Collaborative mindset with a strong client-centric focus.

  • Actively contributes to team efforts, leveraging collective strengths to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

  • Proven leadership and management experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services.
