Who are you?

You are someone who has an eye for detail and is willing to take the initiative and take care of tasks, such as fixing things if you see that they need repairs. If so, this position at C&N could be a great fit for you. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician II, your responsibilities would include general daily maintenance of assigned facilities territory. You will be responsible for:

• Performing maintenance duties as requested on a timely basis and providing preventative maintenance of facilities upon recognizing potential issues.

• Executing or coordinating the completion of maintenance or preventative maintenance duties, which may require the operation of a variety of hand and power tools, vehicles, and power equipment. This could include:

  • Painting, window cleaning, exterior light cleaning, and related tasks.

  • Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roof repair, appliances, HVAC, masonry, and other mechanical systems, and related tasks.

• Property upkeep at assigned locations by assisting with mowing, weed pulling, and other landscaping duties, as well as keeping all entrances, exits, and sidewalks free of snow.

• Performing logistical operations within assigned facilities to include distributing supplies to the appropriate departments, facilities, and/or buildings and assisting with movement of equipment, furniture, desks, offices, etc.

Requirements:

You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 2-4 years of facilities maintenance experience.

Travel to assigned branches will be required. Due to travel requirements, a valid driver's license is required.
