Job Overview:

Quality Control Inspector performs assessment, documentation, and organization tasks to support endoscope repairs. They receive and check in endoscopes to be repaired and then perform final inspections before products go out.

Job duties include utilizing precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment to inspect first piece, in-process and final manufactured parts.

  • Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and examining functionality

  • Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods

  • Recording inspection results by completing reports

  • Using test equipment to check work as a part of final inspection.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of quality control principles, regulatory standards, and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the overall quality management system

  • As the scopes come in, they will be checking them and doing a 36-point inspection and will look at images to see if what they say is broken is actually broken or if any other components may need repair. They will use an inspection sheet and also test fixtures and look at scopes under a microscope to complete the inspection. They will look at the seals and lenses as well.

Job Overview:

  • 1+ year of quality control inspection experience

  • Ability to work under a microscope

  • Strong understanding of quality control principles

  • Effective communication skills

Work Environment:

Cleanroom, temperature controlled and wearing scrubs recommended (they will provide when perm). Will train from 8am till 5pm M-F and work same schedule after as well - (could work with someone that needed to start at 7:30 or 8:30 depending on needs)
