Techtronic Industries North America, Inc. Facilities Maintenance Planner in Wellford, South Carolina

Job Description:

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening for a Facilities Maintenance Planner in its Wellford, SC location that will support a large-scale distribution manufacturing campus. Responsibilities;

  • Work with the maintenance manager to establish and maintain preventive maintenance documentation.

  • Create, prioritize, and manage work orders in the CMMS system as needed.

  • Utilize predictive maintenance techniques to identify and address potential issues before they cause equipment failures.

  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Work with operations and maintenance manager to drive continuous improvement in system performance.

  • Work closely with facilities maintenance, engineering, and leadership on analytical metrics with equipment and systems.

  • Generate regular reports on maintenance metrics such as downtime, work order completion rates, and maintenance costs.

  • Maintain an organized and accurate inventory of spare parts and supplies.

  • Provide computer and software technical support in maintenance areas as needed.

  • Provide technical support to all shift maintenance functions including communications to contractors and vendors.

Requirement:

  • Associate's degree or high level of proven experience may be an acceptable substitute

  • 5+ years of maintenance background in manufacturing or warehousing environment.

  • Strong Computer Skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, CMMS, File management, and internet searches) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirement:

  • Standing for extended periods of time.

  • Repetitive motion.

  • Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.

  • Occasional lifting up to 50lbs – team lifts over 50lbs.

  • Able to work in various temperature conditions.

Internal Qualifications

  • No final warnings

  • No more than 6 attendance points

  • Efficiency and Quality goals met for the previous 3 months.

  • Must be in current role for 6+ months.
