System One Administrative Assistant (Heavy Meeting Scheduling) in Welch, Minnesota

System One is in search of an extroverted and outgoing Administrative Assistant to support a project located onsite in Welch, MN.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating site visits from different organizations who come to visit the site.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations and getting rooms booked for the timekeepers to hold the team meetings.

  • Greet different organizations who come to visit the site.

  • Scheduling meeting

  • Overseeing site visits by employees, customer/clients.

    Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • Extensive scheduling experience (conferences, meeting, and luncheons).

  • Strong Power Point skills

  • Must have MS Office skills

  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.

  • Strong organizational skills are essential.

  • Strong communication skills over the phone, via email, and in person are required.

  • Ability to handle routine situations with minimal direction regarding tasks to be performed.

  • Ability to work under deadline pressure and ability to work independently required.

    Project Location: Welch, MN (Prairie Island Nuclear Plant)

    Contract Duration: 12+Months

    Hourly Pay Rate: $22.50/hr. - $23.50
