Role Description As the Senior Director of Program Management, you will play a pivotal strategic role in our company's growth plans by ensuring alignment from all departments and securing outcomes of commercial programs. This role creates a centralized Program Management Office for Form. Your role will be instrumental in architecting all aspects of the Program Management framework and tools, overseeing the execution of engineering and operational programs from inception to delivery. You will uphold high standards of quality and efficiency across diverse and competing programs. Importantly, you will lead our critical program trials and testing efforts to validate new product and process innovations. Throughout your work, you will always keep the interests of our broad shareholder base at the forefront, carefully arbitrating between competing priorities to deliver the greatest value. This role is based out of our Form Factory 1 location in Weirton, WV. A short drive from Pittsburgh, PA! What you'll do:
As a core member of the Leadership Team, you will serve as a key liaison between critical functions, including engineering, R&D, operations, and quality assurance, fostering cross-functional alignment and collaboration. You will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of our company, harmonizing Operations, Engineering, and R&D program management efforts.
