Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee our day shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure efficient production processes and maintain high-quality standards. This is an opportunity to apply your organization, mentorship, and hands-on training experience to enable a lean manufacturing environment.

This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV. Relocation assistance is available. What you'll do:

Supervise and drive production activities to ensure timely completion of production commitments.

Coordinate with the production team to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.

Monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Enforce safety procedures and regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees.

Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and logistics, to streamline workflow and resolve any operational challenges.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Train and mentor production staff to improve skills and enhance productivity.

Facilitate shift transitions by leading process handoff sessions between shift overlaps

Be a culture champion that creates a uniform employee experience across all shift schedules. What you'll bring:

6+ years working in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment

Bias to action and willingness to ask questions to drive progress

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment in a manufacturing environment

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
