Role Description The Senior Staff Electrical Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the electrical infrastructure of our manufacturing facilities meets the highest standards of efficiency, reliability, and safety. This position requires developing in-depth expertise of manufacturing systems and overseeing all electrical requirements through close collaboration with our manufacturing engineers and equipment vendors. The successful candidate will lead up the electrical engineering discipline, managing both internal teams and external consultants to deliver comprehensive electrical solutions. This role involves creating detailed electrical design packages for permitting and construction, driving the bidding process for electrical scopes, and selecting and managing electrical trade partners. The Senior Staff Electrical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical projects are executed on schedule and meet quality standards. This includes reviewing designs to ensure they are cost-effective, constructible, and code-compliant, while also meeting Form Energy's quality and schedule requirements. This person will work closely with other disciplines, including design managers, manufacturing representatives, and various stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other project components. The role also requires active participation in field construction and commissioning activities, necessitating a presence at the factory site to oversee and ensure the successful implementation of electrical scopes. This role will be perfect for someone that wants to take a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to drive the successful execution of electrical engineering projects within our manufacturing facilities.
