UBS Business Solutions US LLC is hiring a(n) Associate Director, Chapter Lead Engineering (ref. Code 001544) in Weehawken, NJ.Duties: Design, build, and maintain automation for digital products globally and technology services provided to clients and employees. Define the automation book of work, delivering efficiencies and productivity improvements via test automation. Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing. Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions by applying digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements. Functionally manage, monitor, and improve the test automation infrastructure. Develop automation code and integrate with existing tools to increase engineering productivity. Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues. Liaise with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the bank including international locations.
