We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Senior Manager to join our team. As an individual contributor, the candidate will architect and execute campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation. This role is critical to expanding our digital presence and ensuring our marketing strategies are effectively executed in a measurable and optimized way. Location: This is an in-office position with occasional travel. Kent, WA, is preferred. Merritt Island, FL, and Washington DC are OK as alternatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead to Revenue Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue and leads. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data - "actionable analytics" that optimize lead nurturing and conversion strategies. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and revenue goals. Leverage AI and ChatGPT for personalized email marketing, dynamic content creation, and predictive analytics to enhance lead scoring and prioritization. Ensure customer decision journeys are mapped to inform digital marketing strategies and website personalization, from unaware to ready-to-buy prospects. Continuously test, iterate, and improve website functionality and design based on user feedback and data analysis. Utilize AI for automated and predictive customer journey mapping, creating personalized marketing automation workflows that adapt to individual behaviors and predicted needs. Implement and tune UTM codes and other tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Conduct heat-mapping and other analytical assessments to understand user behavior and reception on our website. Ensure website forms are optimized and easy for audience usage. Develop and manage account-based marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement with key target accounts. Manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display, retargeting, and social media advertising to support ABM efforts. Utilize CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to optimize marketing processes. Be a professional-level writer and executive influencer. Continuously test, iterate, and improve website functionality and design based on user feedback and data analysis. You are also resourceful, "scrappy" and a humble teacher of your discipline. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on lead generation, customer journey mapping, website analytics, and account-based marketing. Marketing experience in luxury tourism, travel or high-net worth selling preferred. Proven experience with marketing automation platforms. Experience managing agencies, contractors and related budgets. Strong understanding of website management, ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment) Proficiency in creating and managing UTM
