Our client is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the quality assurance team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Technician - 1st Shift

Location: Siren, WI

Pay Range: $17 - $20/hr

What's the Job?

• Verify that parts being produced meet print specifications dimensionally and visually.

• Inspect using a variety of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators.

• Document non-conforming material issues according to company procedures.

• Ensure urgent communication with management regarding parts not meeting quality standards.

• Maintain and promote a safe and clean working environment.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalency.

• 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in injection molding or a regulated industry.

• Experience operating inspection equipment such as micrometers and calipers.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ability to quickly learn ERP systems.

• Basic math skills and the ability to read and comprehend work instructions in English.
