Aeris Services LLC Wind Turbine Blade Repair Technician in Webster, Texas
This is a full time temporary seasonal position from April 1, 2025, to November 28, 2025. Job order placed in connection with an H-2B Labor Certification. 20 Positions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma/GED and 24 months of experience in inspecting, diagnosing, adjusting, and repairing wind turbines and performing maintenance on wind turbine equipment including resolving electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic malfunctions.
Workers will report to the company's headquarters at 711 W Bay Area Blvd. Suite 315, Webster, Texas 77598 and work will be carried out at worksites in the following locations:
BRADY,
TX
TRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMODATIONS TO WORKSITES PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY AT NO COST TO THE EMPLOYEE.
HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE
40 hours a week, 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday with a 30 minute lunch break. No overtime is expected. The company guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS
The wage paid will be based on the worksite location of the ongoing project assigned:

The company will use a single work-week as its standard for computing wages due. Workers are paid every two (2) weeks. The company will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. If the prevailing wage is increased by the U.S. Department of Labor during the course of the season, the employee's wage will increase accordingly. The company will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job, as per 20CFR655.20(k). If relocation is required by a worker who is hired, who does not reside in the area of employment, whether in the U.S. or abroad, travel expenses and subsistence will be paid to each worker by the company based on what is specified under 655.173 transportation (including meals, at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts, receipts required), from their current abode to the place of employment, Brady, Texas, if the worker completes 50% of the employment period covered by the job order, which is consistent with 20CFR655.20(j)(1)(i). Payment of said expenses and subsistence will be paid within 3 days after the completion of the 50% of the contract period by check, paid to the worker.
Workers will be provided with board, lodging, or other facilities and/or the employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities.
The Employer will secure and provide housing accommodation at no cost to the worker or provide a per diem of $60 per day as reasonable costs of board, lodging, and other facilities. All employer-provided benefits will comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including compliance with the H-2B program prevailing wage requirements and all H-2B program provisions.
The company will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, if incurred by the H-2B worker. The company will pay return transportation and daily subsistence to the area from which the worker left from in order to take this job when the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period.
