Job Description
The Rentals Inside Sales Coordinator II provides sales and administrative support to our customers, product management, and sales team for our equipment rental business. In this position you will be responsible for providing quotations, product information and specifications, speaking with customers and sales representatives and processing orders. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide customers with a positive helpful experience and deliver the results our customers require.
Job Duties
Provide quotation and ordering assistance to customers and sales representatives.
Process rental agreements, sales orders, order fulfilments, returns, and request credit applications within our business management system (NetSuite).
Interact with customers via email, phone, and in person to provide equipment and order information and complete equipment order/returns.
Assist sales representatives and technical support personnel with product demonstration equipment.
Coordinate orders and be responsible for asset management and inventory logistics.
Maintain accurate inventory of equipment that is in stock and with customers.
Prepare equipment for customer orders by completing quality checks, calibrations, cleaning, and software updates.
Complete customer invoicing for rental equipment and follow up as required to ensure payment is received.
Maintain consumable inventory and create purchase requisitions for replenishment order.
Other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma required.
Associate’s degree or technical certification in sales and marketing or a related technical field is preferred.
Experience:
- Two + years in a sales support role.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with customers and in-house staff.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
Able to use strong analytical skills to make recommendations to customers, engineering, and sales team.
Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects working independently to meet deadlines.
Able to learn the technical and application aspects of our product.
Able to learn and use new business and technical software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of the technical and application aspects of our products (or similar).
