Amergis Staffing is in need of two (2) Multi-modality Technologists for the following assignment. The selected candidate will provide quality imaging and patient care within two (2) medical imaging modalities in any combination of which MRI, CT, Mammography, or X-ray are the primary modality.

• Assignment Length : 13 weeks

• Shift :

  #1. Sat/Sun/Mon: 7a – 7p (36 hours)

  #2. Fri/Sat/Sun: 7p-7a (36 hours)

• Special skills or experience needed : seasoned technologist with experience in fast paced hospital/ER/OP environment; familiar and competent with stroke perfusion studies, acute stroke protocols, and Level 2 trauma protocols

• Required Licenses, Registrations or Certifications:

• Certification from two of the following credentialing organizations:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT),

• American Registry for Diagnostic Sonography (ARDMS),

• American Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT-VT),

• Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), or

• American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).

• Registration as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT-GC) through the Texas Medical Board.

• BLS through American Heart Association

• Equipment used

• CT: GE Discovery and GE Revolution

• XR: GE 656 fixed unit, shimadzu and Samsung portables
