Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Engineer Third Grade- Facilities in Webster, Texas

Responsibilities

This individual repairs, maintains, and operates HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in the Pearland Administrative Building in a manner consistent with a first-class corporate office facility. The third-grade engineer has the authority to repair, maintain, and coordinate vendors as per the established guidelines of the Facility Manager and the Facilities Group.

Salary Range: $ 54,186 - $66,936 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Education

Required: High School Graduate or Equivalent

Experience

Required: Minimum Five (5) year’s experience in similar environment

License(s)

Required: Third Grade Stationary License Status from city of Houston. Must be attained within one year of

eligibility. Eligibility is NOT defined by hire date

Special Skills

Required: Maintain knowledge state, local and federal building codes and ordinances

Preferred: Computer skills; solid knowledge of MS Office, building automated systems (BAS) of HVAC and MEP

operating systems.

Solid knowledge in HVAC and MEP repairs.

Other

Required: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
