Location:On-site, Webster, NY
Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Consistent 20 hours per week with flexible start times between 8 am and 9 am.
Pay: $18-19/hr

Datrose is seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team! This role provides a unique blend of autonomy and teamwork, perfect for someone with a diverse background in maintenance and building services.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance:
· Keep our office sparkling clean with general cleaning tasks (dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and break rooms).
· Handle light maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, moving office equipment, setting up for events).
· Assist with seasonal tasks (maintaining garden beds, supplementing snow removal, cleaning windows).
· Perform ad hoc duties as needed (checking generator lights, clearing drains).
Courier Services:
· Conduct daily mail runs to the Webster post office using a company vehicle.
· Manage occasional pickups and deliveries based on business needs.
· Handle the return and recycling of bottles and cans.
· Monitor vehicle maintenance needs and inform the manager of necessary services.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
· Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks and tools.
· Valid NYS driver's license and clean driving record.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
