Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a part-time Senior Management Assistant II in the manufacturing industry located in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support and assisting with special projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple members of the leadership team and their respective departments, including calendar support, travel arrangements, and expense report processing.

• Coordinate and manage logistics for executive events, meetings, and conferences.

• Prepare and distribute agendas and slides for team meetings, attend meetings to take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

• Assist in monitoring and managing department budgets, including processing invoices and expense reports.

• Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring all documentation is organized and easily accessible.

• Prepare drafts of internal communications and act as a liaison between members of the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders.

• Assist with special projects and initiatives, including research and data analysis, and preparation of presentations and reports.

• Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Perform other administrative support duties as assigned.

Requirements • Excellent communication and management skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and C-Suite level executives.

• Proficient in documentation and invoice management.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and data analysis.

• Experience in creating and delivering presentations.

• Strong leadership skills, with a track record in logistics and process improvement.

• Proficient in calendar management and making travel arrangements.

• Prior experience in managing confidential information.

• Ability to monitor using various tools and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with and ability to use Microsoft Office Suites.

• Experience in event planning and leading special projects.

• Proven ability to manage an expense account.
