Description

State of the art client seeks an AR/AP Manager with proven bookkeeping and general accounting experience. In this role, you will oversee the accounts receivable/payable departments ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This AR/AP Manager will manage the billing process and advise on process improvements, assist in the credit management process, forward customer invoices and statements, provide financial forecasts, negotiate payment schedules, refunds, and collections. The ideal Accounts Receivable Lead must have great analytical skills, outstanding negotiation skills, experience with process improvement, and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.

How you will make an impact

· Manage accounting transactions

· Oversee billing process

· Credit Card Management

· Account Reconciliation

· Negotiate non-payment disputes

· Cash Deposits

· Loan Management

· Assist with customer inquiries

· Implement debt collection policies

· Coach, mentor, and train staff

Requirements

The ideal AR/AP Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

Other requirements for the AR/AP Manager role include and are not limited to:

· 5+ years of AR/AR experience

· QuickBooks is a MUST

· Strong general bookkeeping/accounting experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel

· Excellent communication skills
