-We are looking for a Forming Machine Operator for 3rd shift 11p-7:30a. Training will be on 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm for approximately three months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate up to three machines simultaneously, following standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions.

• Perform first-piece inspections after each setup to ensure quality.

• Clear machine jams and make necessary adjustments to maintain smooth operations.

• Conduct Statistical Process Control (SPC) checks and procedures.

• Monitor and update the status of work orders.

• Maintain machinery, tools, and work areas, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.

• Troubleshoot and report any non-conformance conditions to supervisors or managers.

• Disassemble and reassemble machines, replacing parts as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge of Saint-Gobain products and processes.

• Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in tool repair and maintenance

• Basic command of the English language, both written and verbal.

• Ability to read and follow SOPs, labels, instructions, and blueprints.

• Demonstrated mechanical abilities, including the use of measuring devices.

• Experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC).

• Strong mechanical and mathematical skills.

• Proficiency in computer skills necessary for department requirements.
