Position: Material Handler

Address: Allendale, NJ

Pay: $23/hour ; Overtime: $34.50/hour

Shifts Available (Monday-Friday):

1st Shift:7am-3:30PM -

2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30PM

Direct Hire: Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, etc.

Description:

• Operation of various production, packaging and material handling equipment for the purposes of the slitting, packaging and shipping of films in GMP Environment

• Clean production, packaging and shipping and receiving and break areas to insure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

• Operates slitting and packaging machines/equipment.

• Inspects and measures product to verify conformance to specifications.

• Maintains quality records and batch files.

• Ensures correct data entry in CAT system.

• Operates Quality Equipment/Tools needed to perform the necessary quality checks and record results as required.

• Performs preventive maintenance/maintenance responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

• Identifies faulty equipment, products and processes and immediately informs Supervisor.

• Complies with all GMP and Safety Rules and Regulations.

• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand.
