Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the business to business distribution industry in West Caldwell, New Jersey. We are in search of a skilled CFO to join our team. As a CFO, you will be instrumental in driving strategy, profitability, and building a responsive accounting group for our product-driven business with a large number of suppliers and product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive financial strategies and long-term planning for the business.

• Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Implement and manage budget processes to align with the company's strategic goals.

• Utilize accounting software systems for efficient financial management.

• Conduct cash flow analysis to optimize capital management.

• Lead the process of mergers and acquisitions from inception to integration.

• Establish and maintain a robust customer relationship management (CRM) system.

• Create comprehensive reports, providing insightful narratives to financial statements.

• Collaborate with the ADP - Financial Services team for efficient financial operations.

• Leverage 3M technology for business systems improvement. Requirements • Possess proficiency in 3M

• Demonstrated ability to use Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Familiarity with various Business systems

• Proficient in using CRM software

• Command of Accounting Functions

• Proven experience in Auditing

• Knowledge of Budget Processes is necessary

• Experience in Capital Management

• Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis effectively
