Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable candidate who is a team player to assist in all aspects of accounts payable. The role involves processing, reviewing, paying, and reconciling vendor accounts. Good communication skills are essential as this role will interact with vendors on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Match invoices to receivers/packing slips.

  • Enter all invoices into the AP system.

  • Reconcile vendor statements monthly.

  • Prepare and process weekly check runs.

  • Assist in daily and monthly reports.

Essential Skills

  • Associate Degree or Advanced Certificate in a relevant field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Effective time management skills and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
