Due to our continued growth, we are adding a Quality Control Analyst role to our Real Estate Processing team. Reporting to the Real Estate Processing Manager, you will be responsible for auditing a high volume of real estate disclosures and documents on a daily basis, to ensure regulatory compliance, including TRID/RESPA and HMDA. This new role also includes (but not limited to) training the team on important changes in regulation, effectively implementing any new changes into procedure, monitoring systems to ensure compliance, handling multiple levels of reporting and resolution of findings. Responsibilities of the Position: Review Loan Estimate documents for accuracy prior to delivery to the borrower. Review executed Loan Estimates for accuracy once received from the borrower. Review Closing Disclosure documentation for accuracy prior to delivery to the borrower or closing agent. Review executed loan packages received from the title company to insure accuracy and all stipulations met. Collaborate with SA team and management to insure LOS system performance. Collaborate with management and L&D to insure procedures and training is delivered. Record and report successes and failures with lending management. Promote compliance and serve as a resource to sales and processing surrounding compliance matters. Work with internal audit to review other loan audits and assist with solutions to insure compliance in real estate lending.
