Join us as our new Process Engineer This position works under general direction and is primarily responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods. The Process Engineer is responsible for commissioning manufacturing equipment and ensuring equipment operates and performs as intended. In this role you\'ll make an impact by: Championing safety, quality, compliance, efficiency, and change management in all activities while assisting in the development of manufacturing processes and implementing change controls for projects. Training technicians and operators following process changes and evaluating manufacturing processes for improvement opportunities. Improving manufacturing efficiency by analyzing workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout, and using systematic problem-solving techniques to correct issues and develop improvements. Supporting the Global Engineering team as a Site Engineering representative and assisting the Maintenance team with preventative maintenance and spare parts information. Assuring product and process quality by designing monitoring and measurement methods and assisting with product reliability improvement projects. Assisting manufacturing decision-making by calculating production, labor, and material costs and working in a cross-functional setting for making improvements.
