CONNEXUS CREDIT UNION Lending Service Representative Indirect in WAUSAU, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities: 1. Through direct member interaction, provide members excellent customer service through various communication channels regarding their loan service related inquiries. This includes any additional follow up required through the inquiry. 2. For each department listed, effectively assess, process, and resolve indirect consumer loan servicing inquiries related to, but not exclusive of: o Indirect Loan Processing: loan documentation, product refunds and claims, substitution of collateral, subsequent action documents, deferrals, payment inquiries and due dates, interest accruals, document retention, and paid loans. o Direct Loan Processing: loan documentation, ancillary lending products and claims, payment protection products and claims, subsequent action documents, payments and due dates, interest accruals, document retention, and paid loans. o Real Estate Processing: loan documentation, loan payoff's, satisfaction of mortgage requests, subordination requests, interest rate adjustments and accruals, loan renewals, payments and due dates, document retention, and paid loans. o Title Processing: process, perfect, and release all credit union security interests related to vehicle, recreational, and marine titles and UCC filings; loan documents, state to state title transfers, various title related questions and exceptions, various state specific title and lien forms, loan assignments, vendor partner and third party payoff and title requests and resolutions, appropriate follow up as necessary, and loan document retention. 3. Effectively utilize communication skills and capabilities to respond to member and related stakeholder inquiries, answering questions, or providing the proper documentation to complete member requests. 4. Respond and assist members and internal stakeholders with inquiries and requests related to indirect lending service and complete adequate follow up as necessary. 5. Effectively and independently present solutions for service related resolutions. 6. Meet or exceed established individual and department performance goals, metrics, service level expectations, and timeframes. 7. Responsible for ensuring credit union lending operations perform in accordance with established policies, procedures, state and federal regulatory, and legal requirements. 8.
