Aspirus Health HRIS ANALYST in Wausau, Wisconsin

Our healthcare system is rapidly growing and as a result we have an exciting new opportunity on our HR Information Systems (HRIS) team in Wausau, Wisconsin. We are seeking an HRIS Analyst with a progressive analytics mindset who has a passion for leveraging systems and data to tell a story that will allow key stakeholders to make critical and strategic business decisions.

HR Applications: GHR/Infor, Healthstream, Halogen, Kronos, Position Manager

Hours: Salaried, Full time Benefit package available, 40 Hours per week


  • Collaborate with clients, business unit leaders and HR Business Partners to provide strategic support of projects and initiatives,

  • Serve as the SME on HR applications and processes,

  • Manage projects from conception through implementation,

  • Create business proposals and provide risk/benefit analysis,

  • Plan, administer, coordinate, test and implement large system upgrades,

  • Turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make business decisions,

  • Provide analytics to track and determine efficacy of the initiative,

  • Produce and maintain ongoing strategic reports – Turnover, Conditions of Employment, Pillar Tactics

  • Create and maintain automated process flows,

  • Understand and utilize analytic tools such as Birst, Qlik, GHR Reporting, Replication Sets, Data Lakes


  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive Human Analytics, HRIS or IT practice experience. Experience in supporting large scale ERP systems, including implementation, maintenance, upgrading, testing, and back end processing.

  • PHR/SPHR or equal preferred

  • Human Analytics, HRIS, IT, Business Intelligence, Critical Thinking and Collaboration competence.
