Description:

We are searching for a Sales Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience and supporting our sales force. This position goes beyond the traditional customer service role; it’s about engaging with custom orders and addressing unique client inquiries. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and warehouse, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive sales support to customers and sales representatives.

Manage order processing, expedite shipments, and assist with restocking.

Offer solutions and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Handle custom orders and respond to client-specific queries by liaising with relevant departments.
