NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Technology Foreman in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Job Summary
Coordinates & supervises activities of System Technicians including planning of labor requirements
Ensures compliance with company and customer safety policies and procedures
Leads weekly jobsite safety toolbox talks; completes jobsite safety forms and inspections
Coordinates with Project Managers to ensure productivity and task completions are within project budget guidelines
Analyzes blueprints effectively for job site knowledge
Monitors progress of implemented tasks and timely deliverables
Analyzes pending tasks for planning of required equipment, procedures, and training
Completes overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size
Installation and Termination of peripheral devices
Installation of pathways and cabling
Programming and testing of installed Systems
Testing and troubleshooting of System hardware equipment
Conducts appropriate Systems Training for customers
Completes maintenance and customer support service calls for installed Systems
Provides quality customer support services
Qualifications
6 or more years recent low voltage installation experience
BICSI Installer Copper & Fiber Certification or BICSI Technician Certification or equivalent certification required
Proficient communication (verbal/written), personal computer, and MS Office (EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK) skills
Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy
