JOB REQUIREMENTS: Blue Yonder Job Title: Sr. Solutions Advisor - Category Management Additional Job Titles: Pre-Sales Technical Sales Location: US - Remote Up to 50% travel Summary: The Sr Solution Advisor owns the positioning and demonstration of Blue Yonder Enterprise solutions for prospective new customers and existing customers for our Category Management Solution suite which includes Customer Segmentation, Clustering, Assortment Management, Space and Floor Planning, Store Execution and Compliance for Retailers, Manufacturers, Distributors, Wholesalers and Brokers. To be successful, you must seek to understand customer processes and challenges, envision and communicate what a future state will look like with Blue Yonder applications embedded in the process, map and translate Blue Yonder solution offerings to customer needs, and facilitate alignment across the customer, product management, value engineering and professional services. What you will do: Capable of representing Blue Yonder\'s focus on growing the Blue Yonder Category Management SaaS footprint. Ability to build customer specific presentations based on specific requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the solutions, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client. Provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation and provide proof of concept. Maintain extensive knowledge of complex aspects of products and systems. Demonstrate and leverage in-depth knowledge within the category management solution suite toprovide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations. Support customer discovery workshops with domain expertise Create and deliver sales engagement collateral Support SOW creation Execute data assessments Field solution capability questions Coordinate with the Sales Representative for product requests and account strategy Develop/maintain technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends Reply to customer requests for information in a timely manner with detailed response Act as customer facing lead during proof-of-value exercises - managing the project, supporting data requirements and assessments, presenting results across all levels of the organization Support sales and professional services in the creation of commercial agreements Provide field insight and feedback to product management effectively and prescriptively What we are looking for: Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Management, Science, Technology,...
