JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview \$23/hour In Pewaukee Per Mar Security is seeking highly qualified candidates for security positions for one of our most prominent clients. This a command/dispatch center position. Successful candidates must have prior security experience, be familiar with monitoring video and access control systems. Computer, database and above average typing skills are important. If you are seeking to advance your current career in security we want to talk to you! Minimum Requirements: Must have computer skills, including above average typing speed Must have experience with MS Excel and have database experience. Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to obtain a WI Security License* Must have HS Diploma, GED or High School Equivalency Must pass on-site drug test at time of hire Job Skills / Requirements Part Time Shift Available: Thursday/Friday 1600-0000 Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day operations of security command center including Providing reports and notifications regarding situations, events and incidents and how they were resolved in an appropriate manner Multi-channel communications and radio communications Monitor exterior doors, sensitive building areas and building perimeter via CCTV and provide access control, including activating and deactivation badge access Provide quality customer service to client staff, other stakeholders, and Per Mar Security personnel Serve as an emergency hub for the client Log visitor data and other basic reports in security computer system Notify proper agencies and personnel to alarms and emergencies as directed in post orders Wear and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as outlined for the position and follow all PPE policies and procedures Follow all client site specific duties, as required and outlined in post orders Work additional hours when necessary due to critical incidents and emergencies Adhere to the highest standards of ethical business conduct and compliance by acting lawfully, ethically, honestly and professionally in the performance of the job at all times as well as be in compliance with company policy and procedures as it relates to the job function #mlwk Education Requirements (Any) High School Diploma/GED Additional Information / Benefits Per Mar offers the following benefits to part-time employees 401k Per Mar Perks Program FREE uniforms program Daily Pay is Available!!!
