Description Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is looking for a dedicated and passionate Program Supervisor to join our Birth to Three team! We believe that the first three years of a child\'s life are important building blocks for a child\'s future. For over thirty years, LSS has been providing early intervention services for children with disabilities and developmental delays. Birth to Three is an early intervention service that assists in the identification, referral, screening, eligibility evaluation, ongoing assessments, and development of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP\'s) for that child and family. The Birth to Three program offers a family centered approach to care by providing education on child development, creating strategies and adaptations to increase the child\'s ability to partake in daily activities, and support in accessing community services. Serve as a representative of the agency to internal and external customers regarding the work of programs and services. Work as a collaborative team member to support the Continuum of Care model. Participate in the compilation of an annual budget. Oversee budget expenditures and makes necessary adjustments as needed to meet the financial goals of the program. Ensure quality programming and service delivery through the use of best practice standards and contract/licensing requirements.
