The Position: The information Security Manager holds a pivotal position in protecting Walbec\'s digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information. This role involves collaboration with various company departments, including IT, Legal, Risk, and management teams. The information Security Manager will also drive the ongoing development and implementation of security policies based on the organizations security roadmap. Governance and Control: Policies: Establish proper governance to control and proactively spot problems and changes in underlying systems\' risk profiles. Ensuring that technology solutions adhere to companywide risk and regulatory standards as part of the responsibility. Security Framework: Develop a framework for integrated technology control that balances business needs, risk reduction, and financial gains. Collaboration: Work closely with various control roles, including software developers, business managers, compliance, internal audit, and external regulators.
