Description

Robert Half is assisting a construction client in the recruiting for a Service Billing Manager to join their growing organization. This position will be responsible for high volume invoice generation, perform invoice corrections collaborating with other departments, and perform administrative tasks required for each. They will also be apart of refining and improving existing invoicing and billing processes to improve efficiencies and reduce overdue accounts.

If you have 2+ years of prior invoicing and billing responsibilities and are a self starter with great communication, this could be the opportunity for you to join a growing company! This is a permanent placement opportunity with full benefits, 401k matching, profit sharing and generous paid vacation and holidays.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with invoicing/billing.

• Construction/Contracting/HVAC industry a plus

• Excellent interpersonal and written skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
