Robert Half has partnered with a respected non-profit organization in Waterville, ME to locate a Controller or Accounting Manager for a full-time position with benefits.

This is an on-site position. Must live in Maine.

The ideal Controller / Accounting Manager will have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar

• 5+ years General Ledger accounting experience

• Knowledge of GAAP and complex accounting: chart of accounts, multiple entities

• Payroll

• QuickBooks software

• Non-Profit experience preferred - Grantss

• Audit exposure - internal or third-party

• Supervisory skills - will manage 2 staff
