Pay: \$26-\$30 per hour Shift: 3rd Shift \| 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Job Responsibilities: Provide technical guidance and compliance support to the production team to ensure high-quality standards are met. Test, evaluate, and record results on raw materials, production batches, and finished products to maintain product quality and consistency. Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure precise and reliable testing. Investigate and resolve non-conformances within the production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with team members to identify potential quality improvements and implement corrective actions. Document all testing procedures and results, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications: 3+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative to ensure quality control processes are followed. Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
