JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1st Shift Material Handler/Inventory Control - 50893 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Overview The successful candidate will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and attendance requirements. In addition, this candidate will establish and sustain effective relationships with all Members so that they may work together to promote innovation and cooperation in order to solve problems. Essential Duties / Responsibilities * Driving PIV standing forklifts to move materials within the facility. This includes spending a significant time in the freezer rotating product for storage and shipment * Using handheld scanning devices to move and receive in materials within the SAP system * Consistently handle \"great tasting\" sausage and raw material goods * Maintaining the highest standards of detail as it relates to product specifications and quality * Actively participate in daily meetings and project teams * Work as a team by helping fellow team members who may need help * Communicate with other departments regarding schedule changes * Pull spice and stage for the next day\'s run * Understand FIFO process * Support the Formulation Dept as needed between moving materials * Organize materials within the coolers * Moving materials to their final destination Location: Watertown, WI Coach for this position: Destiny McGowan, Shipping Team Leader (We don\'t have bosses at Johnsonville.
