JOB REQUIREMENTS: Material Handler/Formulation Team Member - 50902 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Trace Lean Inventory Handler (Formulation Department) 1st Shift Position Overview The Formulation Department is the area where the fresh pork is ground, the spices are added, and then blended (formulated) to specifications for sausage making. This position will focus on chopping, chilling, and transporting fat that will be added into product to meet specifications. Essential Duties / Responsibilities * Consistently handle \"great tasting\" sausage products according to specifications * Utilize your organizational and communication skills through the FIFO process (first in first out). * Prepare equipment for use by utilizing detailed checklists for inspection and assembly * Perform periodic wash-downs of equipment to prepare for different products * Use SAP software functions for the department * Maintain the highest standards of detail as it relates to product specifications and quality * Must be able to obtain forklift license and keep safe driving record * Ability to perform responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner * Comply with USDA regulations, GMP, and safety rules at all times * Ability to communicate effectively with the team and work toward a goal without direct supervision * Set goals and objectives; both personal and as a team member to acquire \"superlative\" performance in order to support The Johnsonville Way * Work together with other Formulation and Packaging Members to obtain world class results * Learn the Trace Lean operation and complete the necessary Result Blocks for the position * Actively participate in daily meetings and project teams * Willingness to work overtime as production demands * Meet customers\' needs and expectations * Complete all other duties as assigned Location: Watertown, WI Coach for this position: Ryan Braun, Team Lead (We don\'t have bosses at Johnsonville.
