We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Taking ideas of specific parts and turning them into reality.

• Working with AutoCAD systems to design parts, understand, and read blueprints.

• Managing timelines and customer specifications to ensure project success.

• Collaborating with technicians in the die and tool shop.

• Working closely with CNC operators to ensure parts being manufactured are correct and meet customer needs.

• Overseeing all functions of new product development.

• Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering.

  Skills & Qualifications:

• Engineering degree preferred, but not required.

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.

• At least 1 year of project managerial experience, with a preference for candidates with 5 years of experience.
