Aerotek Installer Technician in Waterloo, Iowa

Job Description

  • As a dedicated Technician, your primary responsibilities will be to install electrical and non-electrical interior and exterior signage. You will be required to load and unload signage and equipment, operate aerial buckets, cranes and other heavy equipment, and use a variety of hand tools. This role involves travel and work at high elevations during sign installations. The position demands a high aptitude for technical tasks.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Waterloo, Iowa.

Work Environment

This role is primarily outdoors. You will drive to and from installation sites and work outside regardless of the weather conditions. The work hours are from 6 am to 3 pm, starting and ending your day at the shop. You will work in a team of approximately two people per job, with an overall company size of 20-25 individuals. The dress code includes jeans, t-shirts or sweatshirts, and steel-toed boots.
