Lakeview NeuroRehabilitation Center RECEPTIONIST - PRN/As Needed in Waterford, Wisconsin

Part Time / PRN Receptionist needed

  • Up to 4 (6-hour) shifts per week from 3pm-9pm weekdays & 8am-2:30pm and 2:30-9pm on weekends depending on need.

  • Weekends are required.

  • Must be able to work two holidays per year.

  • Occasional 1st shift upon request.

    Professionalism, reliability and strong customer service skills essential. Candidate must be multi-tasked and detail oriented. Knowledge of Microsoft products required.

Our LTAC Hospital specializes in caring for patients challenged with Traumatic Brain Injuries and other neurobehavioral and medically complex conditions.

Position Purpose:

Answer incoming phone calls and greet and direct guests to the facility. Offer callers, guests and clients assistance as needed in determining the appropriate staff or department that would be able to address their concerns. General clerical support needed by various departments within the facility.

Duties:

  • Answer all incoming calls and field them to the proper departments.

  • Greet all visitors in a friendly, caring, professional manner and determine/notify the appropriate staff member of their arrival.

  • Answer questions from callers/visitors about our organization and services

  • Handle mailing and shipping of certain supplies

  • Assist with projects when requested by Administration, Human Resources or other departments.

    Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage a sometimes busy environment.

  • Previous switchboard experience a plus but not necessary.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
