JOB REQUIREMENTS: Clinic RN - PHMG New Waterford Urgent Care Clinic - Part Time Week 1 Mondays 4:30pm - 8pm Wednesdays 3:30pm - 8pm Sunday 7:45am-4pm Week 2 Mondays 4:30pm-8pm Wednesdays 3:30pm-8pm Saturday 7:45am-4pm Exciting Opportunities at Our New Waterford Clinic! We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new clinic in Waterford, offering an array of essential healthcare services to the local community. Our facility will provide Primary Care, Urgent Care, Lab and Radiology services, as well as Physical and Occupational Therapy. We aim to serve the Waterford area and neighboring communities like Mukwonago and East Troy. Why Join Us? Our clinic will operate with Primary Care hours on Mondays and Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. For Urgent Care, we\'ll be available Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 8:00 PM and weekends from 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM. What You Will Do: The Clinic RN in the Medical Group utilizes the nursing process to deliver appropriate nursing care and procedures in the clinic setting. The Clinic RN performs nursing acts delegated by a physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner.
