The Breakie Bunch Early Childhood Director in Waterford Township, Michigan
The Breakie Bunch is looking for an awesome servant leader. This person must take initiative, pay attention to detail, have problem solving skills and all around, be a team player with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate has experience with Brightwheel, The Creative Curriculum and Microsoft 365. They have a teaching spirit and the desire to take our team to the next level.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Being a support to the teachers with a positive attitude
Maintaining licensing compliance in the center
Building and maintaining a growth minded team
Growing enrollment
Creating a monthly newsletter
Creating a monthly calendar with activities
Enjoying and completing ongoing training for self growth
Entering new family information in all systems
Overseeing all schedule changes made after the schedule has gone out
Keep track of all physical and immunization upkeep
Keep record of child schedule changes
File all paperwork
Update staff and family contact information as needed
Completing payroll reports and tracking budget
Requirements
MUST have a positive attitude
Meet State licensing requirements for a director
Be CPR and First aid certified
Desire to grow with The Breakie Bunch
Bloodborne Pathogen training before starting
Love for teaching
Offer ideas and suggestions
Ability to follow directions and implement program activities
Communication skills
