Campaign Manager (Senior Specialist, Product Marketing)

SessionM is looking for an experienced Enterprise Campaign Manager to support key client accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills and a proven aptitude for mastering new systems. The CM should be a resident expert on our proprietary loyalty marketing automation platform; responsible for driving program execution through best practices with client success as the primary goal.

You’ll be required to master system capabilities (and limitations) and offer actionable recommendations. An in depth knowledge of clients’ business objectives is critical to maximize campaign performance and deliver on program KPIs. Providing pre-launch guidance, mid-flight performance optimizations, and client-ready insights will be key in the success of this role.

Responsibilities:

Configure, test, track and optimize client campaigns (included but not limited to offers/incentives, behavior logic, push, SMS, email etc.)

Serve as owner of brand’s b2c messaging and promotions through SessionM's proprietary platform

Monitor performance of campaigns and overall program health

Identify trends in engagement and offer recommendations to satisfy program KPIs

Accountable for enablement: products demos, functional trainings, and documentation

Appropriately escalate bugs, account concerns and requests

Become system expert & participate in UAT

Assist account team in translating client requirements during discovery and offer program design elements that align with standard campaign offerings

Offer ongoing suggestions for process improvements

Pull and review internal and client facing reporting as necessary

Be able to ideate, manage and execute editorial/campaign calendar

Qualifications

Bachelors degree

Professional experience working in a SaaS, brand, or agency setting

Proven experience working directly with clients

Comfortable providing strategic recommendations and navigating objections

Proactive, forward thinking; methodical planning. Be able to weigh future effects of a decision today

A professional “chameleon;” be able to collaborate alongside cross-functional partners (engineering, creative, analysts, senior account leads etc.)

Exemplary attention to detail & solution oriented

Messaging/Segmentation platform experience (SendGrid, MailChimp, Cheetah etc.)

Loyalty provider experience +SQL experience strongly preferred

Willing to travel to client locations as needed (<20%)
