- Maintain a clean, aesthetically desirable, and safe fitness environment.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and notify relevant supervisors or managers of any breaches.
- Conduct non-technical inspections on equipment to ensure safety and good working order.
- Perform opening/closing procedures of the fitness facility.
- Ensure the facility remains clean and organized.
- Ensure locker rooms are kept tidy and orderly.
- Disinfect and clean equipment routinely throughout the shift.
- Preforming cleaning maintenance duties, including locker rooms, bathroom, fitness area, gym, banquet room etc.
- The ability to follow proper procedures and keep to strict time management.
- Present professional appearance and attitude always and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Preparation of facility for programs, meetings, events, and rentals.
- Enforcing all safety procedures, maintain safety data sheet and OSHA compliance.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.
