Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Maintain an expertise in training staff to provide services to victims of sexual violence. Training and services must be research-based and consistent with best practices in the fields of crisis intervention and sexual violence prevention and response.

? Manage team of training designers, developers and facilitators.

? Assess, manage and continually improve our core hotline and Safe Helpline training.

? Identify emerging training needs and develop new training modules.

? Develop new training courses as needed for the Department of Defense's Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office (SAPRO).

? Manage the effective facilitation and delivery of courses, training materials and other resources through our LMS and training provided via Zoom. Training courses will include video and audio content.

? Ensure training meets standards for National Organization for Victim Assistance certification and CEU credits.

? Identify and collaborate with subject matter experts.

Required Qualifications:

? Master's degree in human services, education or a related field.

? Minimum of ten years of experience managing a training program and team.

? Experience in the field of crisis intervention or call center operations is a plus.

? Proven track record of success in building, implementing and managing the full learning lifecycle, including needs analysis, training strategy and development, delivery and evaluation of training programs.

? Knowledge of adult learning and development theory and instructional design.

? Must have a customer service focus and ability to work well within a team working towards targeted deadlines.

? Must be comfortable discussing issues surrounding sexual violence.

? Must successfully complete a criminal background check.
