CyberData Technologies Telecommunications Engineer – Level I in Washington, District Of Columbia
CyberData Technologies is seeking a Radio General Technician to provide Administrative Billing / Invoice Support to the Radio Branch for our Federal Client in Washington, DC.
* MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN USSS PUBLIC TRUST CLEARANCE *
Administrative / Technical Support Job Details:
Maintain, monitor, and update reports for leased antenna sites, changes in equipment, and notify USSS management of upcoming expiration dates for lease agreements
Perform bench check of radios and ancillary systems using standard checks and mock-ups to determine functionality
Properly document USSS asset identification numbers, repair, installation and vehicle information into database
Verify customer requests, assess customer requirement, correctly perform requested action or rectify problem ensuring customer satisfaction of repair or actions requested
Validate antenna site leasing and billing to be certified by Radio Section Lead
Provide daily liaison between the USSS and vendors in regards to billing issues
Maintain TEMS database/folders for individual sites to include costs, license, and contract information
Complete and print out letter documents as needed in regards to billing, site lease and information pertaining to the sites
Provide weekly updates to Section Lead on antenna site program and issues
Will work with FMD to process invoices after certified by FTE
Maintain billing, invoices, and inventory ordering data in the database
Provide best practice recommendations on how to effectively reduce inventory and maintain reliable operation
Create cost avoidance reports shall document the number of invoices processed, continued summary totals for services, financial savings to the federal government, sorted by vendor type, and any new/disconnected telecommunications services sorted by service provider
Work with Voice Programs Section to submit circuit orders to TELCO/GSA and ensure process is completed in the database
